Once your order has been processed, our email service will keep you informed about every step of the way! You will receive emails when:
- Your order is ready to ship
- Your order is on the way
- Your order has a new estimated delivery date
- You can pick up your order
- The delivery of your order has failed
- There is a problem with the delivery
- Your order has been delivered
You can also check your order in your customer account:
- Log in to your account by clicking on the profile icon at the top right.
- Select your profile icon again and click on "Order History."
- Locate the order you would like to view and click “Details.” On this page you will be able to see:
