If someone you referred to Unicity signed up without using your referral code, there’s still a chance to apply it. The person you referred will need to contact us directly within 24 hours to request the correction.
To get started, please email the Unicity Customer Service with the following information:
- Their Unicity Member ID
- Your Unicity Member ID (as the referrer)
- A brief explanation of what happened
Once we receive their request, our Customer Service team will review the details and follow up as soon as possible. Please make sure the request is submitted within 24 hours; after that, we will unfortunately be unable to assist.
