Referrals must go through your unique referral link in order to be tracked by the system. Simply giving someone your name, email, or phone number won’t link their account to yours, and you won’t receive product credit for their order.
Here’s how to make sure your referral is successful:
- Share your personal referral link, found in your Unicity account
- Have your friend sign up using the link so the system tracks the referral
- Once they place a successful order, you’ll receive $10 in product credit
If your friend prefers not to sign up online, they can also call customer service to create their account over the phone. They’ll just need to provide your Unicity ID as their desired sponsor. This ensures the account is correctly registered under you, and you still receive credit for the referral.
