Updating your payment method is quick and easy through your Unicity account. Follow the steps below to add a new credit card to your active subscription.
Go to shop.unicity.com and sign in using your email and password.
Once you're logged in, click on the profile icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Subscriptions.” This will take you to a page that shows all your active subscriptions.
Click on the subscription you’d like to edit. Then, press the pencil icon next to the current payment method.
A pop-up or new section will appear. Select “New Credit Card” to begin entering your new payment details.
Fill in your credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing information as required. Once done, click “Save” to update your payment method.
Tip: If you have multiple subscriptions, you’ll need to update the payment method for each one separately.
