Want to update the products in your subscription? Simply follow the steps below.
If you’d like to replace all the products in your subscription, begin by following the steps in How Do I Add Other Products to My Subscription? After that, move on to the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Head over to the Subscriptions page to review your subscription order details.
Select the item you’d like to customize or remove, then click the pencil icon beside it.
Once you click the pencil icon, a pop-up will appear. You can then change the quantity, switch the flavor (if available), or remove the product from your subscription.
Option 1: If you’d like to remove an item, just click the trash icon. Don’t forget to hit Save when you’re done.
Option 2: If you’d like to change the quantity, just click the plus sign. Don’t forget to hit Save once you’re done.
Option 3: If you’d like to switch flavors (when available), just pick the new one and don’t forget to hit Save.
Once you hit Save, you’ll be taken back to the Subscriptions page. Take a moment to review everything and make any changes if needed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of the changes made to your subscription for your reference. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
