Want to update the products in your subscription? Simply follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Head over to the Subscriptions page to review your subscription order details.
Select the product you would like to update, then click the Replace Item icon next to the product.
After clicking the Replace Item icon, a pop-up window will appear displaying all products currently available for purchase. From there, you can browse the available options and select the product you would like to replace in your current subscription.
After making your selection, choose the flavor you would like to receive (if applicable), then click “Select.”
Review and confirm your selected product replacement and the updated order totals before proceeding.
Once you hit Confirm, you’ll be taken back to the Subscriptions page. Take a moment to review everything and make any changes if needed.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with the details of the changes made to your subscription for your reference. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
