Step-by-Step Guide:
Go to shop.unicity.com and log in to your Unicity account.
Once you're logged in, click on the profile icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Subscriptions.” This will take you to a page that shows all your active subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel, then click Cancel Subscription.
After clicking, you’ll see the option to either skip a month or proceed with cancellation. Select your preferred option and click to continue.
If you choose to proceed with cancellation, please select the reason for canceling. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and services. Once you’ve made your selection, click Cancel Subscription to finalize the process.
A pop-up will appear confirming that your subscription has been canceled. Afterward, review your subscription details to ensure the change has been applied, and you’re all set.
