Yes, you can use both product credit and a credit/debit card in the same order, but how it works depends on the type of order you're placing.
For Subscription Orders:
- Any available product credit will be automatically applied by our system.
- The remaining balance (if any) will be charged to the card saved on your subscription.
- No extra steps are needed.
For One-Time Orders:
- You must manually select the option to use product credit before entering your card details.
- Once selected, your entire product credit balance will be applied to the order.
- You cannot choose how much product credit to use; it will use all available credit if it covers the order total.
