If your saved payment method doesn’t have enough funds when you try to place an order, don’t worry. Our system will automatically attempt to process the payment. If it doesn’t go through right away, the order may be delayed or remain pending.
For subscription orders, the system may retry the payment over the next few days. If the payment continues to fail, the order will be skipped for that cycle.
In some cases, our Customer Service Team may reach out to you by phone to assist with manually reprocessing the order or to charge the card again for the remaining balance so you don’t miss out on your products.
We recommend:
- Checking with your bank to ensure funds are available.
- Updating your payment method if necessary.
- Watch for email or phone notifications from us about failed payments.
