We completely understand how concerning it can be to see a “Delivered” status when your package hasn’t arrived. Sometimes it shows up shortly after, or may be placed in an unexpected spot.
It can also be helpful to check in with the carrier directly—they may have additional details or delivery updates that aren’t yet reflected on the tracking page.
If the package still doesn’t turn up, please reach out to the Customer Service team. Once we’ve had a chance to investigate and confirm that it’s truly missing, we’re happy to send out a replacement. Your experience matters, and we want to make sure you receive your order.
