Step-by-Step Guide:
Go to shop.unicity.com and log in to your Unicity account.
Once you're logged in, click on the profile icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Order History.” This will take you to a page that shows all your orders.
From this page, you’ll see that each order has its own status:
- Pending: Your order is currently being processed.
- Complete: Your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
