If your tracking link isn’t working as expected, don’t worry, there are a few things you can try:
1. Give it time to activate.
Tracking links typically become active within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. If it’s been less than a day, we recommend checking back a little later.
2. Try tracking it manually.
You can copy the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email or your Unicity account and paste it directly into the carrier’s website (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL).
