- Look for a confirmation email from us. Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder.

- Log in to your Unicity account and go to Order History. If the order was successful, it will appear there with a confirmation number.

Check your payment method.
- If no confirmation email was received and there’s no charge on your payment method, the order likely did not process.
