If your subscription order was processed over the weekend, you might be wondering why it hasn’t shipped yet. Don’t worry, this is completely normal.
Why wasn't my order shipped right away?
Our system can process subscription orders at any time, but our warehouse team only ships orders on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
If your subscription's processing date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the system will automatically process the order on the Friday before the weekend. Even though the order is processed, it won’t ship until the next business day, typically Monday.
What happens next?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and clicking on Order History under your profile.
