Waiting for a package can be frustrating; we get it. Here’s what you should know (and check!) if you’re wondering where your Unicity order is.
- Check your order confirmation email: After placing an order, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order number and summary. If you didn’t receive one, double-check your spam folder or log in to your Unicity account to view recent orders.
- Look for your shipping confirmation: Once your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking information. Click the link to see real-time updates from the carrier.
- Check your tracking status: Shipping carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If it says “delivered” but you don’t see it, allow a little extra time—often it shows up later the same day or the next.
- Check your delivery address: Log in to your account and make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If it’s wrong, give us a call so we can help.
- Orders placed after our daily cutoff may ship the next business day: Our warehouse ships orders placed before 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Orders placed after that time are processed the following business day.
- Still no updates? If it’s been a few business days with no tracking or movement, reach out to our customer support team. We’re happy to check on it for you and make sure everything’s on track.
