Once an order is placed, it begins processing right away, so there’s only a short window to request any changes, including updates to the shipping address.
If your order has not yet shipped and has not been scanned for shipment, we may still be able to update the address. To increase the chances of a successful change, please contact our Support Team immediately after the order is processed and include your order number and the correct shipping details.
Once the order is scanned for shipment by our warehouse team, we can no longer modify the address or make any other changes. At that point, you may contact the courier using your tracking number to see if rerouting options are available.
