If your tracking link hasn’t updated, don’t worry; it’s a common part of the shipping process and usually nothing to be concerned about.
When your order is first processed, the tracking number is created, but the package may still be waiting to be picked up or scanned by the courier. During this pre-shipment stage, the tracking link might show no movement or say that the label has been created.
Here’s what to expect:
- It can take 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
- Delays in courier scans, especially over weekends or holidays, are normal.
